Greater New Life Restoration Ministries
Purpose
Our purpose is to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ while fostering the growth of the Christian religion in all places, to train and ordain ministries of the gospel to carry on the work of evangelism, to promote missionary work in all places, to carry on the organization of churches and to foster their development.
Mission
Our mission is to create an atmosphere where every soul can commune and come into fellowship with God our Heavenly father through his son Jesus Christ, while being edified through the working of the Holy Spirit. To evangelize by meeting the physical needs of the total being while displaying the attributes of Christ.
VISION
To become a beacon of light and an agent of change within the community by reaching those persons(s) who are lost, hurting, and broken by empowering and energizing them through the power of the preached word of Jesus Christ. To tear down and completely destroy all strongholds that Satan has attached to the lives of people of all races, color, creed and national origin. Our vision will be accomplished by serving others as living Godly examples of God’s love through hands on ministry in this hurting world.
Declaration of Faith
The fundamental teachings and beliefs of this Ministry are reflected in the following clear statements:
We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God, a revelation from God to man, the infallible rule of faith and conduct, and superior to conscience and reason, but not contrary to reason.
We believe in the Eternal Godhead who has revealed Himself ONE GOD existing in three persons: God the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
We believe in the operation of the gifts of the spirit as manifested in the Early Church.
We believe in the Spirit filled life, a life of separation from the world and perfecting of holiness in the fear of God as an expression of Christian faith.
We believe in the healing of the body by Divine power or divine healing in its varied aspects as practiced by the Early Church.
We believe in the necessity of water baptism by immersion in the name of the Eternal Godhead in order to fulfill the command of Christ.
We believe that Christ died for our sins, was buried, and rose again the third day, and personally appeared to His disciples.
We believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, the Savior of men, conceived of the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, fully God and fully man.
We believe in the salvation of sinners by grace, through repentance and faith in the perfect and sufficient work of Christ on the cross by which we obtain remission of sins.
We believe in the Table of the Lord, commonly called Communion or the Lord’s Supper for believers.
We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit as an experience subsequent to salvation and a distinct aspect of the Christian foundational experience.
We believe in eternal life for believers and eternal punishment for unbelievers.
